The “Internet Wars” for God 

Dislike: Commentators and the Internet wars for God. Can a word spoken in the Internet seriously change our lives? Can we make the Internet a space for the work of the Holy Spirit and witness for God? After all, we know from the Gospel that the “the Spirit blows where it wills” (Jn 3:8). How can we reach some sort of depth despite the screens of our gadgets, the endless gigabytes of information flow and a culture of “ignore-repost”?

Programme:

• Talk-show: smart answers to commentators’ stupid questions.
• Roundtable

Questions for discussion:

• Can small groups change anything serious in the ROC as a whole, or in the Orthodox church?
• What can we do to defend God and Church in the modern world?

The creators of various different internet resources will take part in the discussion, as well as representatives of Molodjozhnij "Krug", a group bringing Orthodox young people together.
